Gonna share something with you that’s down right conceivable

What Im speaking is the truth, its quite believable

Like Oprah has shown, anything you put your mind to is achievable

No matter how much you’re stressing, your life it is retrievable

Stay open to the blessing, let it in, be receivable

Dr. Nido Qubein says: if you network anyone is reachable

Like a student at High Point University, always remain teachable

If you lean on religion when things get rocky, remain preachable

Try not to get cocky, even the President is impeachable

This disease makes you sick, but don’t think its unbeatable

Bad decisions add up quick, very repeatable

The best thing about addiction, while defiant, its quite treatable

Like the Patriots learned from the Giants, they’re not undefeatable

No matter the past, get it off your mind, nothing is unspeakable

Repetitively I maintain, nothing is unspeakable

Competitively insane, this thinking’s not unreasonable

Feels good living in recovery, the weather is quite seasonable

Sign a contract with yourself, make it unbreachable

Throw the white lies in the wash, they are bleachable

As human beings we are fragile, were quite breakable

Don’t wait until the last breath to find out life is quite takeable

Like basketball, give yourself a shot at life that’s quite makeable

Be true to yourself, living this way is not fakeable

Like Josh Hamilton found out, no goal is unhittable

Some decisions last a lifetime, some actions are unacquittable

But living as addicts, we think just about anything is permissible

Willing to lose it all, just about anything is dismissible

Were crafty at destruction, choosing anything that’s abusable

The excuses we come up with, many are so amusable

Not funny though,we me may be blind to it, many of our actions are inexcusable

Some people don’t even know, needles aren’t reusable

Share with another user, diseases are contractable

Some can be taken care of, others are untreatable

The best admission Ive ever made was my life had become unmanageable

Walked around in a stupor for a while, feeling indestructible

Beat into submission I found I could be hurt, quite damageable

Glad that with this program, my life is reconstructable

Might have the chance to be a family man, like Cliff Huxtable

Many have lost hope, thought they were unlovable

Just go to a meeting, find out you’re very huggable

Thought all hope was leaking out, those holes are very pluggable

Remove that chip off your shoulder, it’s very shruggable

At first this concept might seem incomprehensible

Gotta look at it with an open mind, be sensible

Make yourself accountable, be dependable

You are truly worth it, no ones life is expendable

My life now is truly unbelievable

Countless billable hours are pissed away each year as grown men and women stare blankly into their computer screens, waiting for a sign from the gods indicating whether to start the proven Eli Manning at Philadelphia, or the rising-star, Cam Newton, at home versus New Orleans.

Fantasy sports haven taken the world by the Johnson, but that’s not anything you don’t already know. With the ever growing popularity of another form of fantasy you probably won’t ever share with your wife, creative and opportunity pouncing individuals have taken a simple concept and applied it to the sports they love.

For middle school teacher Aaron Brooker, a single summer away from the game he loves, disc golf, was enough to inspire the creation of playfantasydiscgolf.com. Brooker partnered with programmer Rob Hruska while recovering from surgery to create what they believe promotes competition and community through fantasy disc golf.

“I love fantasy football and I love disc golf. I had thought about the idea a while back. I noticed it has been done with some Excel files. It looked like fun, but a lot of work with emails. It wasn’t until I was laid up after a surgery reading some of my friends Start-up blogs, that I thought it could exist as a website. We have a lot of great ideas to put more control in the user’s hands next year,” said Hruska.

A native of Nebraska, Brooker shed light upon what is ultimately the driving force of fantasy sports.

“Living in Nebraska I never had an NFL team. Basically I watch the games on Sunday and root for me. I am the team I root for. Fantasy sports allow me to cheer for myself. The NFL has adapted to this by incorporating stat trackers at the stadiums. I don’t know if it still exists, but there was a company that would allow you to buy an insurance policy on your top round picks,
said Brooker.

The co-creator of Fantasy Disc Golf revealed the evil genius within after proposing the idea of Fantasy Fantasy.

“Here’s my novelty idea, please don’t steal it. I tend not to be very proprietary. If you have some resources to make this happen, let me know. Fantasy Fantasy. You pick a team of fantasy guru’s and see if your fantasy experts are better than the next guy’s picks. Next level right? I think that could make a small circuit tour through the fantasy world,” said the fantasy mastermind.

Fantasy Disc Golf is free to play and offers two seasons of competition based on the PDGA National Tour. Fantasy Disc Golf lets you organize a team of disc golfers and get points based on their performance. Once you sign up you’re part of the Fantasy Disc Golf tour, which has many of the major tournaments played throughout the year. Points for each tournament accumulate for the duration of the tour, and the player with the most points at the end of the tour wins!

Past versions of fantasy disc golf have been a semi confusing stream of excel files and email picks.

“We received quite a bit of praise for taking it to the next level. Our plans for next year will rope in a lot more disc golfers. This first year we had about 1500 signups and around 400 stay active,” said Brooker.

The 2011PDGA Tour will come to a close in Laingsburg, MI with the Ichabod Crane Open, Sunday, October 30^th. The 3^rd Annual Ichabod Crane is a sanctioned singles tournament played at Sleepy Hollow State Park. This year will feature the 1st Annual Ichabod Crane Open Pumpkin Carving Contest! Carving utensils and pumpkin will be provided. Bring your best carving game and celebrate Halloween with the final stop on the PDGA Tour! Sign-up for the Carving Contest will be at check-in. Winner will receive free entry to Kick Out the Yams, November 19th, at Grand Woods Park.

Good Signs on our mind, hope in a better way this time

Good Signs held high in the air, a world community, one love, decency and care

Good Signs in our heart– how is it we’ve fallen so far?

Kind, wise eyes illuminate Good Signs fleeing from the burden of disguise

People are good and often need a reminder in the form of a Good Sign

If for salvation we never look, then salvation, we will never find

Positive energy connects the world across the seven seas, within space and time and kind rhymes

Love is the reason I vow against treason of my people and their potential

When a man passes what he shares with this world and the size of his heart are the only measures of his credentials

A simple sign of hope to lift from fear that numbs like dope

Uplift a species defined by its division due to creases and illogical leases leaned against its plight for peaceful, loving, and happy releases

Our finitude is certain, let’s unite under one love and start working our way toward an infectious light, that gives birth to hope amidst even the darkest and dreariest night

People need a helping hand even if they won’t admit it sworn under oath on the stand

People need love even if they have chosen to wear despair like a glove that cuts off the circulation of life-filled-blood to their veins

People need diversity even if they are thirsty for the same old tired tune, sung without rhythm or a beat, certain not to inspire but ruin

People need each other like this earth needs its natural resources provided by its mother

Light needs life to manifest in or darkness is certain to win

Sin needs a sign of a protagonist in the form of an uprising; La Resistance challenges you to enlist!

We will fight not for land or resources but for a better quality of life for a united people with the power of a hundred horses

Good Signs are our proclamation to the tyrants of the world that we will not die in apathy as our fellow brethren starve, die, or suffer in any bureaucratic capacity!

We stand at odds end before darkness armed with knowledge and will in the form of words, unity and Good Signs in the form of shields, and belief in one another that knows no yield!

Do not believe in us but believe in your species!

Let hope be the death of fear in the form of belief in crying eyes that live in a kingdom not above, but below cities in the sky

Show compassion and care like the branded products you’re so willing to wear

Show your soul it belongs to a supreme consciousness exponentially stronger when connected to mankind in its whole!

Show vulnerability in a society that seeks to condemn your honesty!

Show one another that we are all brothers and sisters of another mother

Show darkness that we will not fee from the only fight worth fighting!

Show up for your species or retreat and bare the sign of the coward, because La Resistance is uniting and will charge onward!

I am the moral muse at Good Sign Productions, where Good Signs are our way. This design will be featured by Team Good Signs at the 2012 Magic Show in Las Vegas in February. Who is the evil genius that convinced the world they are mediocre and incapable of realizing their dreams? Nietzsche said “one must still have chaos within oneself, to give birth to a dancing star.”

It is alright if your purpose in this life is not always certain. Chaos breeds uncertainty! Always remain in your corner! The world will offer plenty of doubters who lack the faith to see the dancing star in you! Don’t fuel the fire with anything other that hustle, belief, and desire! We all have a role in this beautiful struggle! I see greatness in all of you and it is time you give yourself the same credit! Prophet Motive will help us be the dancing stars we dream of when we close our eyes at night. Love will open the eyes of our heart and like lightning struck into our veins we will unite the community of the world to sleigh the beast that is doom and doubt. We will remind the crooks that the good men and women will not sit quiet on the sideline and watch but in the words of James Brown “Jump up and shout!” I will bleed for you if you will bleed for me! I will cry tears of joy for our salvation in the form of revelation if you accept your share of the responsibility in a fight for the rights of the hearts, minds, and Good Signs of dancing stars of every nation! If whatever god you believe in asked you to stand up to the darkness of the damned would you dare turn a cheek!? Could you sleep at night knowing you refused to surrender your ego in the name of peace!? Just because you sleep safe at night doesn’t mean everything is alright!! Death may not knock at your door– but that doesn’t mean this is not a fight! Close your eyes and feel the vision of your heart versus the limits of your eyes sight! Just Living on Caffeine, Dreams and Love is the title of my first memoirs. It embodies my vision, hustle, shortness of breath, passion, dreams, and triumph as an exceptional leader and human being. It will layout my philosophy, struggle. and mission statement as a victor and romantic.

I intend to change the world and the degree to which people mistreat one another. My mission will be fulfilled through living, giving, writing, leading, learning and inspiring.

On another level those powers have also guided us, as a band, on the sometimes pleasant, sometimes agonizing journey of creating an album. And with the exception of the musical magician Embee, who according to the lyrics “already knows what the album ‘pose to sound like” – we were all amazed by how everything just seemed to fall in place during the creation of Professional Dreamers. The song Magic is a perfect example. Until the very end it didn’t have a hook, and we were almost giving up on it when Chords visited the studio, and wrote and recorded the beautiful chorus in only a couple of hours. Then, when we were in Havana, Cuba at the Peace and Love festival in March, we met Viktor Rising who offered to shoot a video for us in that magical city. The video was edited by Cosmic and you can see the result below!

We’re surrounded by magic, we just need to open up to it and embrace it.

Jack Johnson: “It depends how you define the terms. It depends how you define the word and all that. I’m definitely a big supporter of environmental causes. I’m into the idea of trying to forward that kind of thinking. Somebody else might have a different definition and say, if you fly in an airplane you’re not an environmentalist, you know. And I fly in airplanes to get from place to place and sometimes my job ends up with a bigger footprint even though I’m trying to find ways to shrink that footprint and help the industry find better ways to do shows and to do touring and put out albums. But at the same time just by deciding to do that stuff you make an impact that you wouldn’t if you just decided to live in your house and never leave, you know.

When you support the environment and if you consider humans to be part of nature, then really you’re just supporting everything. You know, it’s like it’s a pretty broad thing. All you’re really trying to do is work for health of everything. You’re just trying to make the world a healthier place, the whole organism, whether it’s humans or animals or plants.”

In an era of social media and perceived self-importance, Noah Gundersen is in many ways the antithesis of his time.

Noah’s newest EP, called Family, pays homage to the people who have shaped his life–rather than the self-aggrandizing so common to the often homogeneous world of singer-songwriters.”Family comes in many forms,” says Noah. “It lives with us, for better and for worse. It shapes us. Thats what this album is about.”

Fittingly, a member of Noah’s family, his sister Abby Gundersen, plays violin and sings vocal harmonies on the EP. Her soft voice and lush string accompaniments compliment beautifully what are a magnetic and emotionally charged group of songs. The two have been playing music together since Noah was 15 and Abby was 12 years old, while growing up in the Seattle area. They’ve also performed in the local band The Courage together. “The musical communication I’ve had with Abby is unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. It’s a really special thing. Having her with me makes me so much more confident in what I’m doing,” says Noah. (Also, Abby recently moonlighted as a tour accompanist for acclaimed singer-songwriter Jarrod Gorbel).

The songs on Family are consistently impressive and defy genre. Whereas roots-tinged songs like “Family” conjure up shades of a solo Ryan Adams, the sweeping and etherial “Fire,” bears similarities to the lush harmonic feats of Fleet Foxes. Perhaps the album’s standout track is the pulsating “David,” which combines the haunting darkness of Tom Waits with the lyrical angst of Neil Young. “The song is about who I want to be, while realizing who I am. I want to be less like my Father and more like my Dad.”

Family, produced with Daniel Mendez, was released on August 6th, 2011. Made in just a short week in Dallas, Family is only a brief taste of what’s to come from Noah Gundersen. Production on a full band album will commence this Fall.creditsreleased 06 August 2011

The I.S.E.L. is a network of leaders, empowered individual. By bringing our members together in a structured network, we help develop, support and create solid actions.

Members have the oppurtunity to participate in the member FORUM of their city once every 2 months, be part of a mastermind team and have access to special events and an online private community.

The Story

The I.S.E.L. leadership network is the brainchild of Nikolaï Ray. Having always dreamed of helping make the world a better place, this ex professional athlete and entrepreneur decided to create a network of leaders intent on not only becoming better people but also on positively affecting their environment and the people around them.

Being audacious and inspirational is a way of life for Nikolaï. He believes that we are in the age of self-empowerement and that citizens of all countries have the most power and influence then ever before. By helping people develop their inner leadership and social leadership, he truly believes we can sculpt a better worlld.

Nikolaï’s idea of a better world is one where poverty, famine, pollution and preventable disease are but relics of our anthropocentric and materialistic way of living that characterized the planet in the 20th century.
